Quality Technician - Pierceton
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Quality Technician to work with a leading manufacturing company in Pierceton. This role is essential in ensuring that manufactured parts and products meet the highest customer and company quality standards within a fast-paced factory environment.
Shift Patterns
- Monday through Friday, 10:45 PM to 7:00 AM
Pay Rates
- 19.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Quality Technician
- Ability to lift 30lbs repetitively
- Understanding of aluminum alloys and heat treatment
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints
- Proficiency using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM machines
- Experience with sand casting, die casting, or permanent mold
Role for Quality Technician
- Measure and inspect parts for accuracy and defects using precision tools
- Record inspection results accurately in computer systems
- Identify, report, and contain non-conforming or suspect material
- Perform product and process audits as required
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues
Location: Pierceton. The role is based in a plant setting requiring standing and walking for the duration of the shift.
