Product Integrity Lead - North East

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Product Integrity Lead to work with a leading apparel company in the North East.

Shift Patterns

• Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay Rates

• 21.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Product Integrity Lead

• Proven experience in garment and sewing inspection.
• Ability to measure high-end garments accurately in inches.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in textile or fashion design preferred.
• Previous experience in textile factories or weaving companies.
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Requirements for Product Integrity Lead

• Experience implementing and monitoring quality control procedures.
• Proficiency in conducting AQL 2.5 – 1.5 inspections.
• Ability to spec garments to confirm target measurements.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn new processes.

Role for Product Integrity Lead

• Oversee and monitor the daily performance of the inspection team.
• Develop and maintain rigorous quality control standards for garment production.
• Conduct detailed AQL inspections and manage ASN reporting.
• Collaborate with production managers to address and resolve quality issues.
• Compare production garments against PP/TOP samples to ensure consistency.
