Picker/Packer - Fort Worth
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker/Packer to work with Shipbob in Fort Worth. You will play a crucial role in our supply chain by accurately selecting customer orders and preparing products for safe and timely shipment within a fast-paced, state-of-the-art third-party logistics fulfillment center.
Shift Patterns
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM
Pay Rates
- 17.50 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Picker/Packer
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary
- Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
- Experience working in a production tracking fast paced job environment
Desirable Requirements for Picker/Packer
- Experience working in a 3PL environment
- Familiarity with picking and packing operations
- Strong communication skills, ability to take direction and follow instructions, ability to pivot job duties as needed
Role for Picker/Packer
- Efficiently navigate warehouse aisles to locate, identify, and retrieve items listed on digital picking sheets or RF scanners
- Securely box, wrap, and label items according to client specifications and carrier requirements to ensure damage-free delivery
- Scan and double-check product barcodes, item numbers, and quantities to maintain 100% order accuracy
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management software to update real-time stock levels and order statuses
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station, ensuring packing materials are fully stocked
