Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator - Clayton
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Clayton. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, preparing, moving, and staging products for shipment. This role uses warehouse equipment and requires accuracy, safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Patterns
- Monday to Friday 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Pay Rates
- 22.25 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator
- Ability to operate a Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, Clamp Truck, Reach Truck, Order/ Cherry Picker
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to learn and safely operate warehouse equipment
- Ability to read and follow simple instructions
Desirable Requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
- Basic computer or warehouse management system experience
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Role for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator
- Read orders and work instructions to determine products needed
- Pick, prepare, and verify product quantities and types for shipment
- Sort, store, and stage products in racks, shelves, or bins
- Load, unload, move, and stack materials using warehouse equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures
Location: Clayton. This position is based in a key logistics hub.
