Great Opportunity for Compounders to work on the WEEKEND SHIFT! We have one position open on Friday/Saturday/Sunday, and two positions open for Saturday/Sunday/Monday! Looking for individuals with Compounder experience and looking for long term and permanent work with benefits. Direct Hire position with benefits and a great company and work environment in New Albany, OH!

Job Summary:

Shift: Fri/Sat/Sun OR Sat/Sun/Mon (Must be able to work all three days and prefer this to be your priority/primary role -- Cannot split the shift or only work Sat/Sun etc. The shifts are Fri/Sat/Sun OR Sat/Sun/Mon each week)

Shift Time: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Position: Compounder (Must have Compounder experience)

Environment: Contract Packaging/Manufacturing

Pay: $22-$24 per hour

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage in day-to-day blending, mixing, and preparing batches in accordance to written specifications/procedures to ensure maximum output at optimum efficiency and in compliance with government regulations, cGMP practices, company policies and customer specifications.
• Maintain proper sanitation, housekeeping, and GMPs to meet BRC Global Standards for Food Safety and FDA regulations for the Blending/Compounding of all products.
• Prepare and process batches in accordance with established specifications and procedures. This includes: Cleaning and sanitizing all required chemical processing equipment, pipes, pumps and tanks. Staging and transferring chemical raw materials. Preparing and operating chemical compounding equipment. Transferring batches.
• Follow written procedures to ensure that all documentation, records and logbooks are accurately completed and in accordance with GMP.
• Maintain a working knowledge of compliance with hazardous material handling and personal protective equipment requirements.
• Ensure compounding areas are maintained in a clean and well-organized state.
• Operate and troubleshoot chemical processing equipment such as mixers, pumps, and scales. Request equipment maintenance as needed.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Those with compounder experience can earn up to $24 based on experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-years experience as a Compounder.
• Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be flexible in dealing with others in the organization, and with work assignments/projects.
• Self-organized, Self-motivated;
• Ability to work independent of supervision

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Compounding: 1-2 years _ Equipment Operator Experience, Mix/Batch, Paint, Ingredients, Food, or Pharmaceutical Compounding will have immediate consideration.
