Essential Requirements for Warehouse Lead
- Previous experience leading a team (please specify number of associates, duration, and location)
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in training and mentoring staff

- Ability to operate a forklift in a warehouse environment
Role Responsibilities for Warehouse Lead
- Delegate daily tasks and provide guidance to team members
- Ensure all employees adhere to safety, quality, and operational standards
- Prepare and set up the floor for daily operations
- Manage training initiatives and maintain accurate daily headcounts
- Monitor and meet daily downtime targets
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Communicate operational flow, including PPH, chute fills, and CPP, to onsite management and floor supervisors
