Job Description
Job Store Staffing is seeking a hard-working, focused Incoming Quality Control Inspector for a temp-to hire role in the Louisville area! This is an entry level position.
Hours : Mon-Fri 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm
Pay : $18.00-19.00 / Hr
Job Responsibilities for Quality Control Inspector :
- Interpret CAD drawings and instructions to ensure materials meet quality and engineering requirements
- Inspects in-process and first piece inspections by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests
- Approves materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and dimensional measurements; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
- Performs complete layout inspection by measuring dimensions, such as length, height, and distance using micrometers and calipers to ensure product meets specifications
- Monitor the use of measuring equipment to ensure they are well maintained and in calibration
- Responsible for daily control and document items as rejections, root cause failure and issues
