We're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is eager to make a meaningful impact while continuing to develop professionally. What You'll Do
- Provide clinical oversight for individualized ABA treatment programs
- Develop and update behavior intervention plans and individualized treatment goals
- Analyze client data and make evidence-based treatment recommendations
- Supervise, mentor, and provide feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Conduct client assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Assist with developing foundational programming and creating clinical protocols
- Complete accurate clinical documentation, reports, and treatment plans
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
Qualifications for BCBA:
Required
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), or ability to obtain
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional, compassionate, and collaborative approach
- Must live within approximately 50 miles of one of the clinic locations in Southeast Georgia
Preferred
- Less than three years of BCBA experience
- Previous experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and clinical documentation
- Passion for learning, mentorship, and continuous professional development
Work Environment
This is a primarily remote position with occasional travel to clinic locations throughout Southeast Georgia. Most work is completed remotely, with travel required to support assigned clinic locations. Candidates may travel between up to three clinics, although accommodations can be made based on geographic location.
Corporate meetings are held only 2-3 times per year, and travel stipends are provided for those meetings. Virtual interviews are offered, with the option to visit a clinic during the interview process if desired.
