We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and minor repairs on equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.

Pay & Schedule
- Pay Range: $20 – $25 per hour (based on experience)
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:15 AM
- Shift Differential: $0.75/hour for nights
- Schedule: Panama 12-hour rotating schedule (every other weekend off)
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hydraulic, pneumatic, and water systems
- Replace and repair motors, drives, and cabinet coolers
- Read and interpret basic prints, schematics, and manuals
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before breakdowns occur
- Complete work orders and document maintenance activities
- Assist with minor repairs to production and facility equipment
- Maintain tools, parts, and maintenance areas in an organized manner
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read basic blueprints, prints, or schematics
- Experience using hand tools and basic power tools

Physical Requirements

- May require overtime or flexible scheduling based on production needs
