Maintenance Technician- Night Shift

We are seeking reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technicians to support our manufacturing operations. We have multiple openings and are interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Industrial or general maintenance
• Preventive maintenance
• HVAC and refrigeration
• Electrical and electronic systems
• Equipment lubrication and reliability
• Mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems

You do not need experience in every specialty. Candidates will be considered based on their individual skills and experience. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced technicians as well as mechanically inclined candidates interested in expanding their technical skills in a manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Range: $23–$38 per hour, based on relevant experience, technical skills, and position level. The highest rates are reserved for advanced or specialized maintenance experience.
• Additional $0.75 per hour night-shift differential
• Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:15 AM
• Panama-style 12-hour rotating schedule
• Every other weekend off

Key Responsibilities

Depending on experience and assigned area, responsibilities may include:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, or equipment-related issues based on experience
• Inspect equipment and identify concerns before breakdowns occur
• Repair or replace components such as motors, drives, sensors, pumps, and controls
• Complete work orders and document maintenance activities
• Follow safety, PPE, and Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Support equipment installations and improvement projects as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Maintenance, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, lubrication, or equipment-repair experience preferred
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience is a plus
• Basic troubleshooting skills and experience using hand or power tools
• Ability to work the 7:00 PM to 7:15 AM rotating night schedule
• Willingness to learn additional equipment and maintenance skills

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Follow required safety, PPE, and Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance work
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work around manufacturing equipment
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise and varying temperatures
