Essential Functions
- Understand and enforce the NFL Flag Football rules.
- Ensure coach and player safety.
- Teach and demonstrate sportsmanship values.
- Keep time and score during the game.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to deal with the public in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Ability to work as a team member, but also independently.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and oral instructions, including safety rules.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all age groups.
- Ability to be patient in stressful situations.
- Ability to work weekends.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to learn, understand, and enforce NFL Flag Football rules.
- Demonstrate good problem solving/critical thinking skills.
- General knowledge of football terminology/rules.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be able to socially, physically and mentally perform all essential position functions in the working conditions as described.
- Valid driver’s license or ability to get to facility sites.

Working Conditions
Working conditions may include both indoors and outdoors. Outdoor weather conditions may include sun, rain, wind, humidity, high and low temperatures, snow and other natural weather conditions. Program participants may range in age from 4 to 12, with group sizes ranging from 10 to 300 or more.

Work Schedule
Current hours will be 10:45 am-3:30 pm Sundays from mid-April to May.
