We’re looking for an analyst with vision—someone who can turn complexity into clarity and uncover the growth opportunities others miss. This role goes far beyond reporting. You’ll own the data that sells the vision, translating performance, audience, and market insight into stories that win clients, shape strategy, and prove the power of bold creative ideas. You’ll work across digital marketplaces, CPG, financial services, entertainment, and travel, helping brands understand what’s really happening in their business and where the boldest opportunities lie.
About the Role
This role involves strategic growth planning, insight and vision, cross-industry adaptation, data synthesis and resourcefulness, and collaboration and communication.
Responsibilities
Strategic Growth Planning
- Build data-driven growth plans that reveal real opportunities for clients.
- Identify the metrics that matter—volume sources, audience segmentation, geographic trends, distribution channels, turnover, basket size, CLV, or category-specific KPIs.
- Separate signal from noise so clients focus on what will actually drive results.
- Translate complex analysis into clear, strategic narratives that guide decisions.
Insight & Vision
- Spot patterns, tensions, and opportunities others miss.
- Bring a bold, evidence-backed point of view—even when it challenges expectations.
- Present recommendations with clarity, confidence, and commercial grounding.
- Connect disparate data into a “big idea” that can shift a client’s business trajectory.
Cross-Industry Adaptation
- Quickly ramp on new categories and the KPIs that matter in each.
- Tailor analytical frameworks to different business models.
- Build fluency in category trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer behavior.
Data Synthesis & Resourcefulness
- Work with whatever data is available—client datasets, syndicated research, desk research, or public sources.
- Thrive in imperfect data environments with smart, transparent assumptions.
- Combine multiple data sources into a defensible point of view.
- Know when to push for better data and when to operate within constraints.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure insights shape work from the ground up.
- Present findings to clients with clarity and conviction.
- Turn technical work into compelling stories that inspire action.
Qualifications
- 5 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or strategic analytics (agency/consultancy experience a plus).
- A proven ability to turn quantitative analysis into actionable growth or marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (SQL, Python/R, Excel, Tableau/PowerBI, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Experience synthesizing multiple data sources into coherent insights.
- Comfort operating in imperfect data environments with sound judgment.
- Experience working across industries or quickly learning new business models.
Preferred
- Experience in advertising, marketing, or creative agencies.
- Background across several industries (CPG, e-commerce, financial services, entertainment, travel).
- Familiarity with MMM, attribution, customer journey analytics, or experimental design.
- Experience with A/B testing or consumer research methods.

Salary : $135,000 - $175,000
