- Provide personalized guidance and modifications to accommodate individual needs, injuries, or limitations.
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that motivates participants to stay committed and engaged in their fitness journey.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, ensuring all Pilates apparatus is sanitized and ready for use.
- Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and best practices in Pilates.
- Promote upcoming classes and membership packages to support the growth of the fitness community.
- Proven experience teaching Pilates Reformer classes with certification from a recognized Pilates organization.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to ensure safe instruction.
- Background in group fitness instruction with skills in program design and class management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and connect with diverse clients.
- Prior experience in personal training or fitness sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
Pay: $35.00 - $70.00 per hour
