This position offers a clear path for professional growth. You will start as a Technician to learn our specific standards and techniques, and upon successful completion of training, you will advance to a Team Lead position with a guaranteed pay increase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Phase 1 (Technician): Perform high-quality residential and commercial cleaning, mastering our specialized methods and efficiency standards.
- Phase 2 (Team Lead): After training, you will oversee on-site projects, lead a small crew, and ensure every job meets our professional reputation.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure top-tier results.
- Client Relations: Maintain professional and friendly communication with our long-term clients.
