We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Loader to join our full-time warehouse operations team. This role is ideal for individuals who are physically active, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload freight, packages, and materials from trucks, trailers, and containers
- Safely move, stack, and organize goods within warehouse and loading areas
- Secure cargo properly to prevent shifting or damage during transportation
- Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, and proper labeling
- Operate basic material handling tools such as pallet jacks and dollies
- Assist drivers and warehouse personnel with staging and preparing outgoing shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety guidelines and OSHA standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Loader, Warehouse Associate, or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to regularly lift and carry items weighing 50–75 lbs
- Comfortable with prolonged standing, bending, and physical activity
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
