Job Summary:
As a Delivery Driver at Jo Jo’s Pizza, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and with a smile. You will be responsible for delivering pizzas and other menu items to customers in a safe and efficient manner while providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pizzas and other orders to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and complete before leaving the restaurant.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Assist with in-store tasks when needed, such as taking orders and assisting coworkers
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
- Communicate effectively with the restaurant team regarding delivery updates.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Familiarity with the local area and neighborhoods.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver is a plus but not required.
