Job Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (Registered Nurse to lead and oversee high school CNA students at their clinical site (Savanna, IL and/or Galena, IL). This role includes maintaining compliance with state requirements, coordinating with the program instructor, supervising students, and ensuring the overall effectiveness of the program.
Responsibilities
- Supervise CTE Academy CNA students as they complete clinical hours on-site.
- Work with the CTE instructor to create a clinical schedule.
- Communicate regularly with clinical sites for feedback and issue resolution.
- Verify all students remain in good standing.
- Manage cancellations due to weather and notify stakeholders accordingly.
- Monitor clinical hours, student progress, and address deficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, state healthcare laws, long-term care regulations, and hospital policies related to patient privacy and safety
- Total clinical hours: 200
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1.0 – 8.0 per week
