About us
Jo-Dan Buick GMC is family-owned and the largest Buick GMC business in NEPA and we are looking for an experienced GM parts counter associate.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales floor and manage inventory
- Excellent phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide assistance
- Basic math skills to perform retail calculations, such as calculating discounts or totaling purchases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to track inventory and sales data
- Knowledge of retail math concepts, such as profit margins and markups
