- Upsell additional products and services such as extended warranties, accessories, and financing options to maximize dealership revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, ensuring a positive buying experience.
- Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure accurate inventory control and optimal stock levels of high-demand vehicles.
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements to attract new clients.
- Maintain organized records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory movements for reporting purposes.
Skills
- Proven experience in automobile sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
