Description:
As a Floor Maintenance Technician at JNS Facility Maintenance, you will be responsible for completing routine, specialized, and emergency services at multiple client sites. The position requires flexibility, as you may be working at various locations.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to job sites to complete services
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and emergency services
- Specialized floor care (stripping, scrubbing, buffing, and refinishing hard surface floors)
- Carpet cleaning and extracting
- Secure work areas using appropriate safety procedures
- Follow all company and safety rules and regulations
- Ensure cleanliness of the work site after service completion
- Inspect equipment and ensure all supplies are in good working order
- Organize supplies and vehicles at various locations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 4:00 pm-11:00 pm
Recommended Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Some maintenance or floor care experience is preferred
- Highly organized and dependable
- Good eye for detail
