Janitorial Day Porter Role:

Seeking a reliable and professional Day Porter with experience in customer service or janitorial work. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities include promptly responding to client work orders and uploading notes and images. Proficiency in technology is a must.

Janitorial Day Porter Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM

Travel Between Job Sites

Janitorial Day Porter Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning/restocking, dusting, vacuuming, trash/recycling removal, and light maintenance.
• Adhere to company and safety regulations and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to client requests with professionalism.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and accurately record time worked.
• Ability to be flexible to handle client work orders while completing the scope of work.

Recommended Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and without constant supervision
• Good attendance record
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency with technology
• Professionalism during client interactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
