Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Front Desk Clerk at JNR Management, located in Framingham, MA. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, managing phone calls, performing reception and general clerical tasks, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Front Desk Clerk will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for all visitors and guests.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and performing Receptionist Duties
- Strong skills in Clerical work and organization
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in providing excellent Customer Service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software preferred
- Prior experience in hospitality or front desk roles is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
