Certified Nursing Assistant- Facility Shifts

Are you a CNA looking for flexible hours or per diem work to supplement your current income? Are you a CNA looking for full time hours? Weekend availability is a plus. We have shifts day, night, and overnight. We have shifts to accommodate your schedule. We are looking for CNA's to cover shifts at our contracted facilities. 

We are looking for a caring and compassionate Nursing Assistant to help in nursing homes, long term care or rehabilitation centers that we are contracted with. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct care to patients who have been recovering from illness, injury or surgery; or who need long-term care. The candidate will work a variety of shifts. In addition to their patient care duties, the candidate must complete daily reports to document their activities for all patients.

Must have at least a years’ experience working as a caregiver. Must have an AHCA level 2 background screening. Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with patients and families to ensure that they understand treatment options and care plans.
• Provide personal care to patients, such as bathing and dressing, using proper safety procedures and patient handling equipment.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the patient's room, using proper safety procedures and sterilizing equipment.
• Report changes in patient's condition to nursing staff.
• Understand any special instructions for interacting with residents of particular ethnic groups or different family situations.
• Be aware of laws and regulations pertaining to health care.
