What You'll Be Doing

Your day is out in the field, not stuck behind a screen. You'll talk with homeowners face-to-face, start real conversations, and open doors for renovation projects that can change how people live in their homes.

This is door-to-door work, and we're honest about that. Some days you'll feel unstoppable. Some days you'll hear "not interested" over and over. If you've got grit, discipline, and energy, that's exactly where you separate yourself.

You'll train daily, get hands-on coaching, and build real sales skill in the wild. You won't just be working a job. You'll be building toward Setter to Closer to Team Leader, with leadership mentorship, accountability, and the kind of growth you can feel week to week.

The Hiring Process

What You'll Earn

This is a full-time role at 40 hours a week. Compensation is $100,000 to $200,000 per year. There's a clear path to grow from setter to closer to team leader, with bigger income tied to bigger responsibility.
