Bilingual Spanish/English Scheduler/Dispatcher

Job Description

JNJ Services, Inc. is growing, and we’re looking for a Scheduler to join our team! This role will evolve alongside our company’s expansion. As a Scheduler, you’ll work directly with patients and case managers to coordinate their scheduling needs while collaborating closely with our Client Relations and Management teams to enhance our overall customer experience.

Ideal candidates will have the following skills and qualifications:

• Bilingual – fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
• Ability to resolve issues professionally and efficiently
• Logistics or scheduling experience a plus
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Able to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
