We are seeking a Technician to work as part of a team in a multi-function role
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Troubleshot and repair issues with printers and copiers, including tear downs
- Assist with structured cabling, mounting cameras and installing DVR
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
