Technicians are responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, advanced problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering a premium customer experience.
Specific job duties may vary based on experience and qualifications.
Pay compensation is commensurate with experience, ranging from $18-$48 per hour. Candidates may also be eligible for a signing bonus based on years of experience. Flat rate tier bonuses and incentives are also available based on experience.
Duties
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications.
- Utilize factory diagnostic tools and service equipment.
- Complete warranty repairs. Document repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct multi-point inspections to identify any issues or potential issues.
- Stay current with technical bulletins and required training.
- Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer safety standards.
- Maintain strong, professional collaboration with Service Advisors and management to support transparency, efficiency, and a premium ownership experience.
- Uphold a clean and organized work area.
Experience
- Proven mechanic experience with a strong understanding of automotive systems and repairs.
- Background in automotive service or auto body repair is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repair processes.
- Familiarity with vehicle diagnostics software is a plus.
- ASE certification a plus.
