Our client a message service company right outside of Springfield, MA is looking for a Customer Service Representative or two to work three weekday shifts either 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm and a Saturday shift from 9am-4pm or 10am-6pm. Pay is $17.50/hr and the client traditionally moves quickly through the interview process. The calls that are coming in have to be taken and the messages need to be passed on to the client companies, so that they get the messages the next morning.
Duties:
- Answer calls and take messages overnight to pass on to client companies
- Utilize computerized systems to efficiently process customer requests and maintain accurate records
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, ensuring that all customer interactions are professional and courteous
- Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and talk time goals
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in data entry and clerical tasks
- Strong typing skills for quick and accurate responses
- Driver's License (Required)
- Ability to arrive on time and work an overnight schedule including one night over the weekends as well
