Insurance- Client Service Representative

JMT Staffing Solutions is representing a small, family-owned insurance agency seeking a full-time Client Services Representative. This is a permanent role offering competitive compensation and benefits, including 401(k) and access to health insurance. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM, onsite.

The ideal candidate will bring several years of insurance or client service experience. A Property & Casualty (P&C) license is not required, but highly preferred. If you don’t yet have one, the agency will sponsor you to obtain your license and cover all continuing education costs. Insurance experience is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while meeting insurance needs
• Quote new business and evaluate coverage options
• Manage existing client accounts, including policy changes and renewals
• Issue binders, certificates of insurance, endorsements, and related documents
• Utilize the Registry of Motor Vehicles agency portal
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products
• Assist clients with claims processing
• Accurately document all client interactions and transactions

Qualifications

• Ideally 2 years of experience in insurance sales, client services, or within an insurance agency/carrier. Insurance experience is preferable, but not required.
• Knowledge of RMV processes preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship-building abilities
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management skills
• Collaborative team player
• Reliable

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary, typically in the range of $40,000-$50,000 annually, depending on experience.
