Dispatcher

Our client a locally owned housing service company located in Holyoke, MA is looking for a Dispatcher on a direct hire basis for a Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm shift. This fully onsite position is going to be overseeing daily scheduling and coordination of the service teams. This role is responsible for optimizing route assignments, maintaining clear communication with customers and staff and ensuring efficient workflow from start to completion. The ideal will know the western MA area, be organized and come with top level communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily scheduling and dispatch of service teams
• Create routing and resource allocation for efficiency
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal staff
• Track job progress and address issues in real time
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and reports

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or workforce coordination
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency with scheduling software and related tools
• Industry experience in construction, installation, or home services (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus
