Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plumbing Estimator, located in Alsip, IL. Additional tasks include reviewing blueprints, conducting site assessments, sourcing materials, and preparing bid packages. Qualifications
- Expertise in Plumbing Estimation, Blueprint Reading, and understanding of mechanical/plumbing systems
- Proficiency in Construction Estimating Software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in vendor management, cost analysis, and material sourcing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines
- Relevant experience in construction and plumbing industry preferred
