This role partners closely with loan officers and internal team members to manage loan files from application through submission to underwriting, ensuring loans are accurately packaged and clients are mortgage-ready. Ideal for a collaborative, self-motivated professional who takes pride in precision, communication, and helping clients achieve homeownership—without the need to source new leads.Compensation:$55,000 Responsibilities:Maintain detailed and accurate loan documentation in the system from submission through closingEnsure compliance with all lending, regulatory, and internal guidelinesReview loan files for accuracy and completeness prior to underwriting submissionOrder and track third-party documentation, including appraisals, inspections, title, surveys, contracts, and tax recordsRespond promptly to internal and client inquiries regarding loan statusCommunicate key milestones with all parties involved, including attorneys, real estate agents, loan officers, and clientsProvide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and delivering timely updatesQualifications:Solid understanding of mortgage loan products (Conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM) and mortgage documentation2 years of loan processing experience preferredPrior mortgage brokerage experience is a plusStrong communication, organization, time management, and follow-up skillsWorking knowledge of automated underwriting systems (DU, LP)Bilingual (Chinese and/or Spanish) a plusAbout CompanyWe are proud to be one of the leading mortgage brokerages, licensed in multiple states, and laser-focused on delivering superior customer service and providing honest financial/mortgage advice.
