Our client in East Syracuse, NY, is looking for a Fiber Extrusion Supervisor to join their team!
This is an on-site/full-time/temp-to-hire position
Salary based on experience: Up to $18/hr
Job Summary:
The Drop Operator performs repetitive work-station or line-assembly operations to mass product products until they are completed to acceptance.
Regular work schedule will reflect Monday - Friday 3pm - 11:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Performs mechanical fault clearing on the Automated machinery using hand tools and other necessary equipment.
- Responsible for using appropriate gauging equipment as directed
- Completes all required paperwork
- Fills our scrap tickets by following the proper company procedure
- Verifies parts in bin against the applicable shop order methods
- Sorts parts as required
- Detects and reports defective material, machine defects, or questionable conditions to the Line Leader/Section Leader
- Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion, abiding by company rules and safety regulations
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or GED.
- One year of relatable experience.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Ability to follow and execute detailed processes/directions
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment in a culturally diverse workplace
