Growth Marketing Manager

JMP Plumbing Services is a woman-owned, family-run plumbing company in McKinney, Texas. We serve homeowners and commercial clients across McKinney, Allen, Plano, and Frisco, and we handle the big jobs — repipes, slab leaks, sewer lines, water heaters, and commercial work. We are hiring our first full-time marketing person to own our growth.
About the role
You will run our marketing, end to end. We have proven campaigns, brand guidelines, and a weekly rhythm that already work — your job is to execute them consistently, produce the content yourself (batched filming days at real job sites with company equipment; the owner and techs are your on-camera talent), keep our website and Google presence sharp, and report the numbers every week. Success is measured in leads and booked jobs — not posts published. As you learn the business, you will help shape what we do next. You will work directly with the owner.
This is a player role, not a coach role. You will edit the videos and write the pages yourself.
What you’ll do
- Run our established campaigns and content calendar consistently, week in and week out.
- Film on planned shoot days (roughly monthly, at real job sites), then edit and publish content weekly from that footage, following our brand guidelines.
- Write and update website pages and posts.
- Manage our Google Business Profiles and social media accounts.
- Track leads by source and report the numbers weekly.
What we’re looking forRequired
- You have owned a growth number — leads, bookings, traffic, or revenue — and can show us what you did to move it.
- 2 years of hands-on marketing for a local or small business (in-house or agency).
- Video editing proficiency (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or similar).
- Working knowledge of local SEO.
- Based in the McKinney area and able to work on-site, including filming at job sites.
Nice to have
- Home services, trades, or construction marketing experience.
- Paid ads experience (Google Ads or Local Services Ads).
- GoHighLevel or similar CRM experience.
Compensation
- $55,000–$65,000/year depending on experience. Full-time.
