Position Summary:
The Office Assistant works directly with the Operations Team to keep detailed records of customers and vendors paperwork, initiate and record incoming customer payments, and general accounts receivable work. This position requires the identification of operational issues, improving customer relationships, and communicating with the Operations Team. This position is also responsible for various administrative tasks as required.
Job Type: Full Time, Part Time, Non-exempt
Pay: $16-$20 (depends on experience and performance)
Full Time Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm (30 minute lunch break)
Part Time Hours: 2:00pm-5:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Filing customer and vendor paperwork
- Organize and distribute incoming & outgoing mail
- Transfer phone calls
- Record customer payments
- Call customers with orders that are ready
- Attend with drop-in visitors and customers
- Other administrative tasks around the office
