We're hiring! Fully Remote Position Full Cycle Recruiting for Truck Drivers applying to work with 40 Major Transportation Carriers
What You’ll Do:
- Contact and screen truck driver candidates.
- Match qualified drivers to available carrier openings.
- Manage your candidate pipeline through our ATS.
- Communicate with carriers and follow up through placement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Reliable and self-driven individuals comfortable working remotely.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain detailed records.
- Prior recruiting, sales, or transportation experience is helpful but not required.
- Access to a computer, phone, and stable internet connection.
