Division)
@Home Care is seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead our Private Duty
Division. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations,
ensuring exceptional client-centered care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving
strategic growth and financial performance.
We’re looking for a seasoned healthcare professional with a passion for empowering individuals
to live independently at home, and the leadership acumen to inspire teams and elevate care

�� Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute short- and long-term plans, launch new
programs, and identify referral opportunities by staying ahead of industry and community
trends.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to federal, state, and local regulations,
including licensing and CHAP accreditation standards.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient, high-quality
service delivery across all functions.
Financial Stewardship: Create and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and maintain
the agency’s financial health.
Quality Assurance: Evaluate service quality and regulatory compliance, implement
improvement initiatives, and ensure appropriate staffing and training.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families,
referral sources, and healthcare partners.
Customer Service Oversight: Address concerns and complaints promptly and
appropriately, fostering a culture of responsiveness and care.
Staffing & HR Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and HR to recruit
and retain qualified staff.
Survey Readiness: Lead CHAP survey preparation, participation, and follow-up to
ensure continuous readiness.
Contract Management: Negotiate third-party payer contracts and oversee payer mix to
ensure financial sustainability.
�� Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Equivalent experience
may be considered.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in healthcare administration, ideally within a certified
home care or visiting nurse agency.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of home care operations, Rhode Island Department of Health
regulations, and CHAP accreditation standards.
Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a
demonstrated ability to drive results and foster a positive team culture.
