Role Description
This volunteer role as a Dance Program Consultant requires on-site engagement at our Morgan Hill, CA location. The consultant will support the development, evaluation, and enhancement of dance programs to align with JMM Dance Co.'s mission. Responsibilities include collaborating with the team to design holistic curriculum, organizing community events to support disadvantaged populations, and providing guidance on program improvement to meet the needs of participants. The role also involves coordinating with instructors and leveraging partnerships to expand resources and reach.
Qualifications
- Experience in curriculum development, program design, and educational strategies in the performing arts
- Strong organizational and event planning skills to assist with community outreach initiatives
- Ability to provide critical feedback and recommendations for continuous program improvement
- Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
- Experience or background in dance, performing arts, or related fields is highly preferred
