Landscape Construction Team Leader – Hiring Immediately

We’re looking for a talented and motivated individual who is as passionate as we are about landscape design, and high-quality construction! If you have a creative mind, an eye for detail, and a drive to build beautiful, sustainable gardens, we’d love to meet you. This role manages a team of 4–5 in-house builders, supports and participates in field operations, and ensures that projects are delivered with exceptional craftsmanship, strong client communication, and financial accuracy. The Landscape Construction Team Leader is responsible for approximately $3M in annual construction revenue. This is a hybrid role: mostly in the field, with some aspects of foreman, site superintendent, and project manager.

We’re looking for a team member with the following qualifications/experience:

• Ability to oversee multiple landscape construction projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and design intent
• Ability to read and interpret plans, construction details, and use creative problem-solving skills to adapt to changes on-site
• Hands-on construction experience including carpentry, masonry, irrigation, lighting, planting, and general landscape installation. Ability to train in these areas.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience interacting with clients, subcontractors, and staff
• Understanding of general business practices, scheduling, job costing, and budget management to meet project and department financial goals
• Reviewing projects bids and design documents, providing input for accurate execution
• 2 years experience managing direct reports, facilitating training, and supporting career development
• Ability to manage safety on jobsites and enforce safe working practices across teams
