Part-Time- Non-Exempt

Winter Snow Prep Associate is responsible for performing a wide variety of Winter preparation tasks within the organization.
Job Duties:
- Prepare snow equipment for the coming winter season in collaboration with Shop Mechanic
- Service (clean, grease, check running condition) all salt spreaders, plows and sidewalk clearing equipment and other equipment deemed necessary by leadership
- During snow events, operate plow/spreader truck at a JML job site location TBD.
- Coordinate order/pick up of parts and supplies with Mechanic and Branch Manager
- Inventory hand tools such as:
- Shovels, calcium spreaders, etc.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal, coordinating, and organizational skills
- Detail-Oriented
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and perform in a busy working
- 1 year of Winter/Snow removal experience (preferred)
Schedule:
- When needed for snow events
- Can be transitioned to full time spring employee
