A leading industrial cleaning services provider is seeking a Supervisor in the Walton County, Georgia area.
Candidates Must Have:
- No experience is necessary in the industrial cleaning industry – company will provide a 6 month training program
- Experience in landscaping or construction is a plus
- Willing to travel as needed to job sites
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and complete all assigned customer services while adhering to company policies, training standards, and all regulatory requirements
- Serve as the primary field liaison between operations and the client, ensuring clear and timely communication on job status, scope changes, and pricing updates
- Immediately escalate performance issues, delays, or equipment failures to Senior Leadership
- In partnership with Senior Leadership, manage all labor and equipment activities for each project
Salary : $40,000 - $80,000
