A leading manufacturer in the electronics industry is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager in the Spartanburg, South Carolina area.
Candidates Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or a related field is highly preferred for this role.
- 3 years of manufacturing management experience in an automated manufacturing environment, preferably electronics, automotive, glass, or semiconductor.
- Experience as manufacturing operations leader overseeing a group of 200 employees.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing engineering, manufacturing/production and maintenance functions in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to act as a mentor to facilitate teamwork and continuous improvement across the workforce.
- Experience investing in employee training and development.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
