This job is based in metro Detroit with our main office in West Bloomfield. However, very little time is "office time". This is a mobile on-the-go kind of job.
What You Do As a Project Manager:
- Help customers prepare for their paint job. This includes constant communication, scheduling the start date, and understanding their needs and what is important to them.
- Maintaining clear and thorough communication with our customers throughout the entire process of the job, and creating a lasting relationship with our clients.
- Managing the production schedule to ensure jobs are delivered on time by coordinating with our painters, subcontractors, and customers.
- Hiring, and managing painting crews and working with subcontractors.
- Resolving any and all customer complaints or issues that arise - going above and beyond to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Providing an amazing experience for our clients.
- Ensuring jobs are being done correctly, timely, with clean job sites
- Managing and maintaining profit margins and efficiency on each job.
Skills and Requirements:
- A preference towards customer service and delivering an amazing experience to people - you pride yourself on your ability to serve people.
- You love relationships and people - both your clients and the people you work with.
- Leadership - you do value your relationships, but also know when to be a boss and leader.

- Proficient with google sheets - and technology in general.
- Comfortable working "in the field" and spending time in your car, on job sites, and meeting with clients and employees. This is a fast paced and interactive role.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $80,000/year paid bi-weekly
Gas/Phone Stipend: $200/month
Bonuses Commission
