Office Location

This is an in-person, office-based position located at our Meridian, Idaho office. We are looking for a professional who will be an active presence in our team environment, collaborating with other Loan Officers and leadership on-site.

****MANDATORY MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS****

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY if you do not meet all of the following non-negotiable requirements:

• Licensing: You must possess an active NMLS license and be in good standing with state regulators in Idaho.
• Production Volume: You must have closed a verifiable minimum of $500,000 in monthly loan volume (equivalent to $6,000,000 annually) in the last 12 months.
• Source of Business: You must be a 100% self-generating Loan Officer with established, active referral networks. We do not supply leads.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of continuous, verifiable origination experience is required.
