We are currently assisting our client, an industrial distributor , with a Business Development Manager search in the Greenville, SC area.
This role be spent mostly on the road visiting customers and developing new business opportunities in the Greenville, SC area.
This position offers a competitive salary along with commission opportunities, a car allowance, and mileage reimbursement. The starting base salary ranges from $70,000 to $75,000.
Responsibilities:
- Will establish effective business contacts with industrial and manufacturing customers to establish and improve a book of business.
- Will prospect for new customers.
- Will attend sales meetings, and other company meetings, including trade shows and conventions.
Key Requirements:
- Hunter Mentality
- Experience selling MRO items, Fasteners, or similar.
- Experience selling into industrial customers or similar
