AVAILABLE BEFORE 2/27/2026

Attention Recent Business Graduates!

Are you a recent college graduate with a business-related degree and a passion for leadership? Do you possess an entrepreneurial spirit? Do you want to work for a company that values innovation, diversity, and provides unlimited financial rewards to successful employees? If so, you might be the perfect candidate for our Sales & Leadership Development Program. (SLDP).

The SLDP is a challenging and rewarding program that exposes Development Associates to all aspects of our business. It begins with a six-month stint in our Corporate Office in New Orleans, where you will rotate through all corporate departments, including Product Development, Business Intelligence, Customer Support, Legal, Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing. You will learn from experienced mentors, work on real projects, and develop your skills and knowledge.

After the Corporate rotations have been successfully complete, you will move into an operational Account Manager role in one of our many locations across the country in one of our Target Markets, which you will choose. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering solutions, and growing revenue. You will also receive ongoing coaching and feedback from your manager and peers. You will have significant input into this location and will remain in this role for 4-6 months to gain operations experience. Your base salary will significantly increase when you move into this role.

The Program finishes with you making your first sale and being assigned to your own specific market to run as a Market President. You will have full ownership of the market's performance, strategy, and operations. You will lead a team of Account Managers, oversee client satisfaction, and drive business growth. You will also have the opportunity to network with senior leaders and other SLDP graduates. When you move into the Market President role, you will receive a significant base salary increase and become eligible for our Market President Incentive Program.

The SLDP is a unique and exciting opportunity to launch your career and make an impact in a fast-growing company. You will gain invaluable experience, develop your leadership potential, and join a supportive and fun community of SLDP alumni.
