About the Role
We are seeking a Workplace Solutions Manager to oversee soft services operations across multiple Massachusetts-based laboratory and office facilities. This role is responsible for vendor management, workplace inspections, janitorial services, security coordination, special projects, and leadership of site-level coordinators.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple facilities, overseeing service vendors, and delivering high-quality workplace experiences in a pharmaceutical, laboratory, healthcare, or corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Site Facilities Operations
- Manage day-to-day workplace operations across multiple Massachusetts locations
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and walkthroughs
- Ensure consistent workplace standards across all locations
- Coordinate issue resolution and corrective actions
- Vendor Management
Manage vendor relationships for:
- Janitorial Services
- Waste Management
- Recycling
- Security Services
- Special Cleaning Projects
- Monitor vendor performance and service delivery
- Review contracts, statements of work, and service agreements
- Track KPIs and service metrics
- Workplace Quality & Compliance
- Conduct facility inspections and audits
- Create and maintain inspection checklists
- Ensure compliance with company and site standards
- Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Security & Special Projects
- Support security-related initiatives
- Coordinate special cleaning projects
- Support renovation cleanup efforts
Assist with incident response activities including:
- Water leaks
- Sanitation events
- Security incidents
- Leadership & Team Development
- Supervise and develop two Site Coordinators
- Conduct coaching sessions and performance discussions
- Support training and development initiatives
- Drive accountability and service excellence
Qualifications
- Required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of Facilities, Workplace, or Vendor Management experience
- Multi-site facilities management experience
- Prior supervisory experience
Experience managing:
- Janitorial Vendors
- Security Vendors
- Soft Services Operations
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to travel regularly between Massachusetts sites

Compensation
- $45/hr W2
- Duration: 4 Months Potential Extension
- Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Personal Vehicle Required
Salary : $40 - $45
