About the Role
We are seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support critical financial planning initiatives through advanced modeling and analysis. This role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance planning processes, deliver actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, maintain, and update Budget & Forecast, Long-Range Plan, Foundation, and Product Financial Models.
- Develop and enhance advanced financial models to support business planning and forecasting.
- Analyze complex financial and operational data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to support decision-making by senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic business environment.
- Support financial planning activities through the use of planning tools and ERP systems.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in FP&A, financial planning, and financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency with financial modeling and complex Excel workbooks.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and distill meaningful business insights.
- Excellent communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Adaptive Insights and ERP systems.
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):
- Estimated hourly range: $50–$55/hr (W-2).
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
