Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Cambridge or Lexington, MA (Hybrid – 1 Day Onsite per Week)

About the Role
Seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning and analysis activities through the development, maintenance, and enhancement of complex financial models. This role will partner with key stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and strategic decision-making initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess, update, and maintain various financial models to support business planning and forecasting activities
• Support Budget, Forecast, Long-Range Plan (LRP), Foundation Model, and Sum of the Parts/Product Model processes
• Analyze complex financial and operational datasets to identify trends, insights, and recommendations
• Develop and maintain complex Excel-based financial models and workbooks
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial planning initiatives and business objectives
• Present financial analyses and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Support scenario analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and planning data
• Utilize financial planning tools and ERP systems to support analysis and reporting activities
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Advanced Excel skills with experience working in complex financial workbooks
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
• Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into actionable business recommendations
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• Experience with financial planning tools such as Adaptive Insights and ERP systems preferred
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency)
Pay Rate: $50–$55/hour on W2
Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
