Title: Document Control Specialist
Location: Onsite (5 days/wk) in Waltham, MA
Duration: 6 months (possible extension)
Shift: Monday-Friday (9AM-5PM)
Must haves:
- Experience in document control, technical writing, or manufacturing process documentation.
- Familiarity with manufacturing workflows, preferably in robotics, aerospace, automotive, or similar industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and document control software.
- Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, organize, and maintain detailed work instructions for build and repair processes.
- Work closely with engineers, technicians, and assembly teams to accurately capture and document manufacturing and repair procedures, best practices, and quality standards.
- Standardize document formats to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with industry and company standards.
